Description

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, PC/server operating systems, and hardware utilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain PC/server operating systems and related utilities.
• Deploy new technologies and install servers to support infrastructure growth.
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshoot server problems reported by users.
• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware products based on application needs.
• Maintain secure system environments, including web access and electronic messaging services.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of IT work experience.
• Expertise in managing multiple system environments.
• Experience designing, installing, and configuring server hardware and software.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting server-side problems.
• Ability to provide hardware specifications based on growth projections and application needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for technical and departmental coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
