Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server and PC operating systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure PC and server operating systems, utilities, and hardware.
• Perform system integration testing and maintain server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and server problems reported by users.
• Research and evaluate software and hardware products to recommend new specifications based on application needs and growth.
• Maintain a secure systems environment and support web access and electronic messaging services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT work experience.
• Expertise in managing multiple system environments.
• Experience with secure systems maintenance.
• Ability to define monitoring procedures and establish work plans to resolve system issues.
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting for complex hardware and network problems.
• Experience acting as a project team member or occasional project leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
