REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, servers, networking and cloud environments.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS Administration and AWS Cloud.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 & 2022, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with IIS Administration, web server configuration, application deployment, SSL certificates and website hosting.
• Strong experience managing AWS Cloud Services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Security Groups and cloud resource provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks, Azure AD/Entra ID, Resource Groups, App Services and Azure networking.
• Experience supporting multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure and exposure to GCP.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and enterprise Microsoft platforms.
• Experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, user provisioning, group policies, authentication, authorization, MFA and access control.
• Strong experience administering Linux (RedHat & Ubuntu), including installation, configuration, patch management, package management, system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTFS Permissions, SMB/Samba, CIFS, networking fundamentals, routing and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, file sharing and shared resources.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewall concepts, security policies, VPNs and cloud networking.
• Experience performing server monitoring, health checks, log analysis, capacity planning, performance tuning and infrastructure optimization.
• Experience implementing security hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance, server security baselines and patch management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including project administration, repositories, Git, branch management, build/release pipelines and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience supporting API Management, IT Service Automation tools, middleware and Batch Job Services.
• Experience hosting and supporting enterprise applications across Windows, Linux and cloud platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages for infrastructure automation and administration.
• Experience documenting infrastructure, operational procedures and technical runbooks.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, Networking, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Identity Management and Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 and multi-cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and performance.
• Configure, monitor, patch, upgrade and optimize enterprise server infrastructure.
• Coordinate server administration activities with internal teams, vendors and third-party service providers.
• Deploy, manage and support cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, networking and identity services.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, build/release pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health, system availability, application performance and security events.
• Perform infrastructure capacity planning, performance optimization and recommend hardware/software upgrades.
• Implement security hardening, access controls, compliance standards and infrastructure best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex server, network, cloud, middleware and application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using scripting and automation tools.
• Support developers and infrastructure teams with application hosting, deployments, integrations and cloud services.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures and infrastructure documentation
