• 5–8 years of Information Systems Engineering or related experience
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise infrastructure and server administration
• Experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
• IIS Administration
• TCP/IP networking
• DNS
• NTFS permissions
• Samba/CIFS file sharing
• AWS Cloud Administration (Required)
• Microsoft Server Administration
• Linux Administration (RedHat & Ubuntu)
• Infrastructure Operations

• Enterprise Troubleshooting

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Windows and Linux servers
• Support and expand FDOT cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Coordinate server configuration with infrastructure teams and vendors
• Monitor server performance, security, availability, and capacity
• Recommend server and software upgrades
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues
• Configure networking, firewalls, and system connectivity
• Perform performance tuning and system optimization
• Deploy and administer AWS and Microsoft Azure environments
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
• Configure Azure DevOps organizational settings
• Support application hosting and enterprise infrastructure initiatives
• Provide technical support to development and infrastructure teams
• Participate in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration efforts
• Perform additional infrastructure support activities as assigned.
