Description

Manage and monitor Linux-based operating systems, Oracle Forms Fusion Middleware, and Azure Kubernetes Service environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, tune, and document Linux OS servers and Azure Kubernetes Service environments.
• Oversee system operations, including OS and application patching and backup verification.
• Support application deployment activities and maintain monitoring software.
• Research and implement automation for routine tasks and evaluate new technology products.
• Provide technical support through problem diagnosis, incident response, and system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience directly supporting Linux server operating systems.
• Proficiency with command line and scripting languages including Bash, shell scripts, and YAML.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting and maintaining code repositories like GitLab.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps processes.
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, and Active Directory concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other searching and analytics engines for server logging.
