Description

You will manage core messaging infrastructure and maintain system availability across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Exchange on-premise, Exchange Online, and Cisco Iron Ports.
• Install, rebuild, and configure servers, hardware, peripherals, storage, and directories.
• Monitor system integrity and availability using PRTG Network Monitor, including log reviews and task verification.
• Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues and recover from hardware or software failures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Direct experience managing Exchange Online and on-premise Exchange.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Iron Ports.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware or software failures.
• Experience with PRTG Network Monitor for system monitoring.
• Ability to configure server hardware, storage, and system settings.
• Experience maintaining data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting architects with the engineering of technical solutions.
• Ability to research and implement automated approaches for administration tasks.
