You will manage and optimize the virtualized infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, and manage VMware virtual server environments and storage infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022 and Unix/Linux systems, including Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network security, utilizing tools like McAfee, CrowdStrike, Centrify, and Secret Server.
• Manage data, user entitlements, and password policies while maintaining system security diagnostics.
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems and communicate effectively across organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator in virtualization and storage.
• VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) – Data Center certification required.
• Extensive knowledge of virtualization technologies, high-availability environments, and server/storage hardware.
• Hands-on experience with HP and Cisco hardware.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows file system management.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and tools (SFTP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with NetApp storage solutions.
