You will serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents across core SaaS platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep troubleshooting across application, integration, and infrastructure layers for Slack, GSuite, Zoom, ProofPoint, Jira, and Office 365.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain platforms for security and scalability.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell or Python to handle repetitive tasks and integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve authentication, SSO, and MFA issues, primarily within Okta.
• Document troubleshooting processes and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems engineering, or SaaS administration.
• Expert-level administration of Slack, GSuite (Google Workspace), Zoom, Jira, ProofPoint, and Office 365.
• Strong background in identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and directory services (Okta).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, TLS/SSL, proxies, firewall).
• Ability to debug APIs and integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience analyzing system and application logs to pinpoint root causes.
