Description

You will architect and manage corporate network infrastructure, server environments, and data center facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect system configurations, including server support for JD Edwards and Oracle databases.
• Manage corporate network infrastructure consisting of firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
• Oversee IBM storage infrastructure, data archiving systems, and backup execution.
• Execute disaster recovery testing and manage data center virtualization and consolidation.
• Implement security strategies and serve as a project manager for key IT initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in system and networking administration within heterogeneous VMware environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux compute, databases, and networking hardware.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience managing SQL and Oracle databases.
• Hardware expertise with DELL PowerEdge servers and IBM or EMC RAID storage arrays.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routers/switches and Fortinet firewalls.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Ability to create complex scripts using Microsoft shells or other structured languages.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Ability to build and support web-based applications in local and SaaS models.
