Description

You will manage cloud services, backups, and O365 accounts while supporting AWS or Azure servers hosting custom web applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess Active Directory hybrid configurations with Azure and determine the roadmap for full Azure AD migration.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize integrations between Azure and O365 cloud applications.
• Integrate on-premises Exchange 2013 servers with O365 and evaluate the feasibility of retiring on-premises hardware.
• Configure and document Acronis backups and conduct full failover testing.
• Upgrade Cisco VOIP environments from CUCM 12.1 to 14.1.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Advanced administration of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, and Azure Active Directory integration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing through multiple VLANs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 10, 11, and current Windows Server versions.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as MS Hyper-V or Citrix XenServer.
• Technical troubleshooting skills focused on Microsoft technologies and MS SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, VOIP, and MS Office Products.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSE) certification.
• Experience managing Cisco VOIP phone systems.
