You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by translating user requirements into actionable developer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs to plan, design, and implement new or enhanced systems.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues within applications by collaborating directly with developers.
• Manage ticket queues and assign tasks to appropriate internal and external support staff.
• Execute procurement tasks for IT resources, including hardware, software, and application licenses.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides to document IT processes and educate users.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in systems analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience monitoring ticket systems and resolving direct IT user issues.
• 3 years of experience tracking software licenses and managing hardware inventory.
• Extensive experience working with Active Directory.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and prioritize technical issues.
• Experience with Windows 11, computer hardware, and software installations.
• 1 year of experience writing standard operating procedures and user documentation.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint 2013, or SharePoint 2019.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency with PowerShell.
