You will analyze business needs to plan, design, and implement system enhancements while supporting the user community.
Responsibilities
Translate business user requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Monitor and resolve technical issues within applications by collaborating with developers.
Manage ticket queues and assign tasks to appropriate internal or external support staff.
Handle IT procurement for hardware, software, and application licenses.
Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides to document processes and educate users.
Required Skills
Extensive experience working with Active Directory.
3 years of experience monitoring ticket systems and resolving direct IT user issues.
3 years of experience tracking software licenses and hardware inventory.
1 year of experience writing standard operating procedures and user guides.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging computer hardware, software, and Windows 11 environments.
Strong ability to manage user application rights and security keys.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and five years of experience, or five years of experience at the Systems Analyst 1 level.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
