Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by translating user requirements into actionable developer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs to plan, design, and implement new or enhanced systems.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues within applications by collaborating directly with developers.
• Manage IT operations including ticket queue monitoring, ticket assignment, and procurement of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Document IT support processes and user best practices by writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides.
• Support the user community with hardware and software installations, application rights, and key management.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience resolving issues with computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
• 3+ years of experience monitoring ticket systems, working directly with users, and resolving IT issues.
• 3+ years of experience tracking software licenses and managing hardware inventory.
• 1+ years of experience writing standard operating procedures and quick reference guides.
• Extensive experience working in Active Directory.
• High-level understanding of Windows 11, computer hardware, and software installations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with five years of related experience, or an Associate/Technical degree with five years of experience, or five years as a Systems Analyst 1.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint 2013, or SharePoint 2019.
• Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience using PowerShell.
