Description

Analyze user requirements and system procedures to automate processing and improve existing computer systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying system and process inefficiencies and implement permanent fixes.
• Evaluate existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Collaborate with IT support, development, and operations teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses of alternative solutions to address business problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and process improvement.
• Proven ability to work under limited supervision using independent judgment and initiative.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements.
• Ability to perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of technical alternatives.
• Experience identifying and categorizing problems based on impact and urgency.
• Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• ITIL Certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying problem management methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methods such as 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEMA, or Pareto charts.
