Description

Support the implementation and administration of the Grants Management System on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configuration, support, and troubleshooting for the Grants Management System.
• Handle user account lifecycles, including creation, modification, deactivation, and assignment of profiles and permission sets.
• Oversee production support for the Salesforce org and its various environments.
• Deploy Salesforce solutions and recommend process improvements based on technical analysis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce administration or implementation experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience with database systems and enterprise-level software environments.
• Maintain security and efficiency of the Salesforce org while documenting processes, policies, and application configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Knowledge of application development, data, security, and prioritization within Salesforce.
• Experience in Database/Analytics Systems development, deployment, and front-end visualization.
