Description

You will support the development of a database-driven web portal to replace legacy Excel-based monitoring and reporting systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and document business process flows and user stories.
• Create and execute test scripts, test plans, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and meeting facilitation.
• 5+ years of experience developing and documenting business process flows.
• 4+ years of experience developing user stories.
• 4+ years of experience developing test plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
• 4+ years of experience developing and executing test scripts.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting JAVA J2EE application development teams.
• 2+ years of experience within Health and Human Services or other State Agencies.
