Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy codebases to define clear transformation paths for cloud migration.
• Develop and implement services using Java EE, focusing on EJB, JPA, and SOAP integrations.
• Integrate persistence layers with core business logic using object-relational mapping.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and security engineers to align development with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of deep hands-on experience in Java and Java EE development.
• Proficiency in Java SE 1.8 and Java EE 8, including enterprise application server deployment.
• 12+ years experience with object-relational mapping and persistence layer integration.
• 8+ years experience or strong understanding of AI code analysis tools for static analysis.
• 8+ years familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including automated testing and monitoring.
• 8+ years exposure to cloud-native strategies like containerization and elastic scaling.
• 8+ years familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
