Description

Lead an agile development team to implement a performance portal pilot, managing the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agile team through the full SDLC, creating Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
• Automate data acquisition from diverse sources using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
• Develop complex SQL scripts to transform source data into dimensional models and create Oracle views.
• Perform integration, load, and stress testing to validate data acquisition and automation processes.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design and implement optimal data architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or systems analysis.
• Expertise in developing complex SQL scripts for data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica automation (Power Center/IICS).
• Proficiency with Oracle database environments, including views and materialized views.
• Experience working within an Agile development methodology.
• Ability to perform cost/benefit analysis and identify alternative technical solutions.
• Experience with data acquisition, validation, and dimensional modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) or similar large-scale implementations.
