You will analyze and support enterprise financial systems in a production SaaS environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and coordinate projects for enterprise SaaS solutions, engaging with stakeholders.
• Implement and support full lifecycle SaaS ERP solutions, covering migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Support system integrations, including APIs, ETL processes, batch interfaces, and secure file exchanges.
• Develop and monitor Control M jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems (ERP or equivalent) in production.
• Proven experience in SaaS application environments, understanding configuration vs. customization.
• Experience with Core Financial Functions: General Accounting, AP/AR, Budget Control, Asset Management.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with SaaS financial modules, security roles, and administration.
• Experience supporting integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and API orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Camel).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience designing or supporting Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system behavior.
