Description

You will analyze, design, and implement application modifications integrating with the EHR system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into workflows, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Design and configure EHR components to align with user requirements and technical standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all workflows and processes implemented via the EHR system.
• Analyze system performance and interfaces to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support testing efforts and migration projects while assessing the impact of software upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, or 19c databases.
• 5+ years of professional experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst, preferably within healthcare or EHR environments.
• 5+ years of experience with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Strong background in developing web-based applications using Oracle backends.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, including installation, change management, and testing.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies, develop data models, and prepare system designs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and troubleshoot complex system issues simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, or JSON.
• Experience with APEX, Java, and HTML.
