Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system updates for court applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit system and business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Translate user needs into system requirements, program change requests, and report descriptions.
• Manage the issue-reporting lifecycle by analyzing helpdesk reports and troubleshooting using SQL.
• Develop and execute test plans for new functionality and bug fixes, ensuring metadata accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers to implement system updates and review prototypes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Experience using Adobe and Microsoft Word for form development and documentation.
• Strong ability to perform data clean-up and validation for public access requests.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation and business process description.
• Ability to coordinate requirement review sessions and trainer testing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining standard statewide forms based on court rules and statutes.
