Description

You will oversee daily computer system performance, resolve technical issues for users, and manage IT support operations on-site in Atlanta.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of computer systems and applications.
• Manage ticket queues, assign tasks to internal and external staff, and escalate issues beyond SLAs.
• Install, configure, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve networking, hardware, and application issues.
• Develop training materials and procedures to assist users with hardware and software operation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting users with IT-related needs and issues.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3+ years of experience using and monitoring helpdesk ticket management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with hardware setup and software installation.
• 3+ years of experience providing Active Directory support.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Windows 10, and COTS applications.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant computer certifications.
