Description

You will serve as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop code fixes, system modifications, and new interfaces.
• Investigate and resolve production problems while participating in code reviews.
• Partner with QA teams to perform quality analysis, generate test data, and debug errors.
• Maintain documentation for CAPPS Financials Security roles and tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or functional roles.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft functional analysis.
• Ability to establish and follow programming, documentation, and testing standards.
• Proficiency in generating test data and writing execution sequences.
• Experience performing quality analysis and debugging modified code.
• Strong communication skills for coordination within complex organizational structures.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
