Description

You will analyze, manage, and maintain complex systems within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce organizations, including security implementation and enhancements.
• Execute data migrations, manage data quality, and oversee system integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.
• Guide troubleshooting efforts for complex system software and hardware issues, recommending solutions.
• Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, change control procedures, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 7+ years working with SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Flosum).
• 7+ years experience with data migrations, data quality management, and system integrations.
• 7+ years overseeing troubleshooting for complex system software and hardware issues.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Azure Data Factory.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience with authentication protocols (oAuth) and core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
• 2 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• 2 years of experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit.
