You will manage complex data migrations and system integrations within healthcare environments. You will analyze user requirements, evaluate operational procedures, and identify process automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Document business process flows and standardize improvements through SME interviews and data collection.
• Prepare detailed specifications for data input and output processes.
• Resolve complex data-related issues using logical problem-solving and analytical methods.
• Communicate technical project documentation clearly to stakeholders and diverse team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and system functionality enhancement.
• 7+ years of database management and data migration experience, specifically with healthcare EHR systems like Cerner Millennium.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting for SaaS platform migrations.
• 7+ years of experience documenting business processes and system usability.
• 7+ years of experience applying architectural concepts and principles to infrastructure and information systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
• Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security for healthcare data.
