Description

You will administer and maintain complex virtual desktop and application delivery infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Citrix DaaS/CVAD integrated with AVD, including host pools, session hosts, delivery groups, MCS/Autoscale, and app layering.
• Build, patch, and harden Windows Server 2022 while managing AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Automate operational tasks via PowerShell and apply Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Monitor performance using Citrix Director/Analytics and Azure Monitor, documenting Standard Operating Procedures.
• Triage user issues with application owners and participate in the on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• 7+ years administering Windows Server in enterprise environments (AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, patching).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Subnets/VLANs, DNS, load balancing, ACLs, and firewall rule management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix/AVD, Windows Server, and network layers.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and operate within change and incident management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FSLogix profiles configuration.
• Any Graduate education.
