Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Document functional specifications and map process workflows.
• Support system testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend actionable process improvements.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with system testing and implementation support.
• Effective troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
