Description

You will own the analysis, operation, and troubleshooting of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter processes.
• Manage and monitor batch jobs using Control-M or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Troubleshoot system outages and application code running on JBoss/Tomcat in AWS.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve complex system issues.

Required Skills

• 3 years performing Informatica PowerCenter operations, administration, or troubleshooting.
• 3 years experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or equivalent.
• 2 years experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent database environments.
• Demonstrable experience with application and batch integration.
• Familiarity with Database and SQL functions.
• Experience working in healthcare, health insurance, or human services domains.
• Demonstrable analytical ability in complex system environments.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years experience supporting day-to-day operations of complex enterprise systems.
• Experience managing web-based systems hosted on the AWS platform.
