Description

You will lead the expansion of standard processes within the IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) environment to scale operations and address new business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of standard processes within IQMS/DELMIAworks to scale business operations.
• Improve existing practices and implement changes to address new business requirements.
• Manage and optimize related applications within the manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain reporting through SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Support planning, purchasing, and finance workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
• Deep functional knowledge of IQMS or DELMIAworks ERP.
• Experience working within manufacturing environments, specifically in the plastics industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Expertise in Crystal Reports for business intelligence and reporting.
• Experience implementing and managing ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting planning, purchasing, and finance workflows.
