Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable software solutions using .NET and SQL technologies.
• Perform systems analysis to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide QA throughout development, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues while mentoring development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
• Strong expertise in Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
• Advanced SQL query writing and optimization skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex financial or business applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET framework.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and systems analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Proven track record in process improvement and coding standards.
