Description

Coordinate end-to-end product development from initial concept to market readiness within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to perform system analysis, discover dependencies, and evaluate vendor tools.
• Drive the product lifecycle by identifying dependent processes and coordinating solutions across multiple domain teams.
• Perform detailed data analysis using SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to provide actionable solutions to software engineers.
• Document business and data flows and demonstrate product functionality to business stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Analyze test results and advocate for quality throughout every phase of the development process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst within wealth management, trading, banking, or capital markets.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing multiple simultaneous team initiatives.
• Strong RDBMS skills with the ability to write complex queries for data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and API-based architectures.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and messaging-based integration concepts.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
