Description

Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into defined Agile stories. Manage product backlogs and prioritize features for MVP delivery. Analyze end-to-end system workflows and perform root cause analysis on code and logs. Support QA efforts and conduct trade-off discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions with business partners to define new features and enhancements.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog in Jira.
• Analyze system workflows, read code/logs, and support defect triage and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a global Agile environment.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving systems analysis practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Expertise in breaking down complex features into user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Strong experience with Jira (Jira Align preferred) and Confluence for documentation.
• Solid understanding of microservice architectures, HTTP-based APIs, and networking.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for data and automation.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries, specifically with Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Playwright, or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and practices.
