Description

You will own the application lifecycle, ensuring system stability through rigorous troubleshooting and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose root causes of complex application issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Manage application installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Conduct testing to verify application functionality, stability, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to define application needs and provide technical guidance.
• Document application processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and DB2.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Working knowledge of SDLC principles.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems and established troubleshooting methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
