Description

You will analyze and evaluate data for systems serving millions of health insurance recipients. You will own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions and design SQL modules for large-scale health insurance systems.
• Gather requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Document analysis results, system processes, and data models for team reference.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SQL programming and data analysis experience.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries involving single and multiple tables (DML).
• Proficiency in relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Lucid Charts.
• Domain knowledge of healthcare industry enrollment and eligibility.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Agile and Data Analytics.
