Description

You will implement benefit changes for multiple client customers within the claims benefits system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document requirements for system changes within the claims benefits system.
• Perform claims testing and validation for all system enhancements.
• Implement benefit changes across medical, dental, vision, and hearing plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong background in medical and facility claims processing.
• Deep understanding of the billing process, including ICD, procedure, and diagnosis codes.
• Expertise in medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
• Proficiency in analysis, testing, and configuration tasks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation for non-subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• NASCO 3270 Mainframe experience.
• Membership/eligibility BFM/BFAST benefit configuration experience.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint.
