Description

You will implement and validate benefit changes for client claims systems, managing requirements, testing, and documentation for medical, dental, vision, and hearing plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document system change requirements for the claims benefits system.
• Perform claims testing and validation for all system enhancements.
• Implement benefit changes across medical, dental, vision, and hearing plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments with detailed documentation.
• Write clear, concise technical documentation for non-subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• Strong background in medical and facility claims processing.
• Deep understanding of billing processes, including ICD, procedure, and diagnosis codes.
• Expertise in medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits configuration.
• Proficiency in analysis, testing, and configuration tasks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• NASCO 3270 Mainframe experience.
• Membership/eligibility BFM/BFAST benefit configuration experience.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint.
