Description

You will lead the analysis of business systems and processes to identify user needs and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects or initiatives within complex ecosystems.
• Analyze business processes to document requirements, sequence UML, and address operational issues.
• Translate non-technical documentation and requirements into highly technical subject matter.
• Train key partners and stakeholders on new solution architectures and implementations.
• Execute data mapping, use case development, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and flowchart creation.
• Experience building batch applications and writing user stories.
• Strong database skills with the ability to build queries.
• Experience with API testing and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with system set-up and configuration.
• Proven track record of leading complex project initiatives.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or MS degree.
• Experience managing multiple product offerings within a client landscape.
