Description

You will lead business system analysis to identify user needs and drive operational improvements through large-scale projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to document requirements, create sequence UML, and address operational issues.
• Translate non-technical documentation into highly technical subject matter and execute data mapping.
• Develop use cases and conduct user acceptance testing for new solution architectures.
• Train key partners and stakeholders on system implementations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and flowchart creation.
• Experience building batch applications and writing user stories.
• Strong database skills with the ability to build queries.
• Experience with API testing and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with system set-up and configuration.
• Proven track record of leading complex project initiatives.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or MS degree.
• Experience managing multiple product offerings within a client landscape.
