Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle for existing and new applications, ensuring validation and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Gather and craft comprehensive work products detailing requirements for existing and new applications.
• Facilitate communication between organizational units to align business needs with solution providers.
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing efficient systems and procedures.
• Analyze requirements across various business channels to support application development.
• Initiate and execute initiatives to improve team processes, procedures, and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong skills in data analysis and database management.
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirement elicitation.
• Ability to travel temporarily to client sites throughout the U.S.
• Master’s or foreign equivalent in CS, CA, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information System Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing business knowledge among business systems analysts and project partners.
