Description

You will provide production support for Linux and Windows-based systems and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and request tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot application servers and underlying infrastructure issues.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data and generate reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong operational knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data troubleshooting and validation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a production setting.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical teams.
