Description

You will own production support for Linux and Windows systems and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Support application servers and troubleshoot infrastructure issues in production.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems in a production support environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for system issues.
