Description

Good to Have Skills: Experience with EIB integrations, mass data loads (EIBs or HSDL), HRTS systems, Mosaic platform, audit management, business process documentation, cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, time management, and organizational abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for HR Systems through a tiered ticketing system, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective technical solutions to resolve business challenges, delivering tangible value to internal stakeholders across HR Technology Services functions.
  • Assist with data conversion activities, including mass data loads and system integrations to ensure smooth data migration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal support and successful project outcomes across various HR technology initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to propose tailored solutions that meet specific business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on system issues and provide comprehensive recommendations for improvements or resolutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned audits, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of findings to maintain system integrity.
  • Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support future scalability requirements.
  • Document business processes, work instructions, and other technical resources, ensuring accuracy and clarity for team reference.
  • Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and incorporate best practices for continuous improvement.

Experience Required: At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles. Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred
