Description

You will troubleshoot, support, and improve HR systems including Workday and Oracle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and user inquiries via a tiered ticketing system for HR applications.
• Execute data conversion activities, including mass data loads and system integrations.
• Analyze system problems and propose technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Document business processes, work instructions, and technical resources for team reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR technology initiatives and audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system troubleshooting and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Oracle HR systems.
• Proficiency in data conversion and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service capabilities.
• Experience with technical support in a tiered ticketing environment.
• Ability to document processes and work instructions clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EIB integrations, HSDL, or mass data loads.
• Familiarity with HRTS systems or Mosaic platform.
