Description

Provide production support for Linux and Windows-based systems and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and request tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot application servers and underlying infrastructure issues.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data and generate reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting data issues.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in a production support setting.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
