Description

You will analyze user requirements to design IT application solutions, enhance existing systems, and solve business problems through detailed technical documentation and rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop User Requirements (URS), Functional Specifications (FRS), and technical design documents based on stakeholder input.
• Design and execute test scripts, scenarios, and validation requirements for functional, performance, and integration testing.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment with project timelines, cost estimates, and service level agreements.
• Diagnose application and infrastructure issues while ensuring system designs adhere to GxP, SOX, and corporate compliance standards.
• Manage user requirements, data models, and process models to reconcile design models with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Experience working within GxP critical systems requiring high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating Data-flow Diagrams (DFD) and Traceability Matrices.
• Hands-on experience with Functional Specifications and Design Documents.
• Ability to perform Integration Testing and Scenario Testing.
• Strong investigative skills for diagnosing system discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Familiarity with HP ALM and lifecycle management.
• Competency in managing user access and related system management tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in System Management.
