Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain HR/Payroll modules and workflows.
• Manage AWE workflow setup, security, notifications, and troubleshooting.
• Support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP services, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
• Perform requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, regression testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and IT service management standards.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in Fluid UI, AWE, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with PeopleSoft security, PUM, Change Assistant, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and ERP production support.

Preferred:

• Experience with large enterprise or public-sector ERP environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
