Description

Lead PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades, HR/Payroll configuration, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain HR/Payroll modules, workflows, and AWE setup.
• Manage security, notifications, and troubleshooting for integrated services.
• Develop reports using SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
• Perform requirements gathering, UAT, regression testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in Fluid UI, AWE, Application Designer, and Integration Broker.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with PeopleSoft security, PUM, Change Assistant, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and ERP production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large enterprise or public-sector ERP environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
