Description

Bridge the gap between business customers and IT teams to evaluate, design, and enhance systems and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements, processes, and "as-is" versus "to-be" scenarios including models and use cases.
• Lead requirements reviews, design reviews, and change control activities.
• Develop training programs, documentation, and instructional materials.
• Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for requirements and testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, task estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with complex system analysis projects.
• 7-10 years of experience in requirements gathering techniques such as UML, use cases, activity diagrams, and JAD sessions.
• 2-3 years of experience developing user stories based on business and system requirements.
• 2-3 years of experience defining and elaborating user stories with validation and acceptance criteria.
• 2-3 years of experience working within Scrum or other Agile development frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RDBMS, specifically MS SQL Server or Oracle, and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience with automated requirements engineering and testing tools.
• Experience with Project Management Software and the software development lifecycle.
