Description

You will own the full lifecycle of SAP Enterprise Asset Management implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and design functional aspects of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM, and PS).
• Lead full lifecycle implementations, including workshops, gap analysis, blueprinting, testing, cutover, data migration, and training.
• Translate detailed requirements into complete system design documents and implement solutions within SAP.
• Guide complex fit/gap analysis and validate design decisions to ensure business justification for deviations from standard functionality.
• Serve as the liaison between the client, vendors, project management, and the technical team regarding solution architecture issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle greenfield or brownfield SAP implementations.
• Proficiency with S/4 EAM.
• Hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP EAM, PM/SM, and PS.
• Experience with Agile Scrum.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical peers.
• Experience managing engagement risk, including planning and budgeting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
