Description

Perform deep technical analysis for customer-facing web applications and translate business needs into technical design solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze backend data sources by writing SQL queries to support data sourcing and mapping for REST and SOAP services.
• Investigate application logs using Datadog, Splunk, or similar tools for testing and production support.
• Define and document clear systems requirements and identify system interdependencies.
• Create detailed design documents and end-to-end system integration process flow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of systems analysis experience working with customer-facing web applications.
• Strong understanding of web application components including web pages, APIs, and backend systems.
• Experience with Angular, Java, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, REST, and SOAP.
• Ability to perform data mapping analysis for REST and SOAP services.
• Experience writing SQL queries for backend data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with log analysis tools like Datadog or Splunk.
• Experience documenting systems via Process Flow diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related subject area.
• Experience communicating complex technical designs related to cloud (AWS) and on-premise web products.
